Ordering
Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay by card or supported digital payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email with your order details and tracking info.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order enters processing and changes are no longer possible. Contact us immediately at contact@inrl.com if you need to make a change.
No account is required to purchase. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and access your order history from any device.
All prices are listed in USD. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Currency conversion, if needed, is handled by your payment provider at the point of checkout.
Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping availability and rates are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address. Some remote locations may have limited carrier options.
Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Express options (2–4 business days) are available at checkout for most destinations. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order ID to see the latest status.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150 to most destinations. The exact threshold and applicable regions are shown at checkout.
AR & Digital Identity
Each INRL garment contains a unique AR marker printed or embedded into the design. When you point a phone camera at it, an augmented reality experience launches directly in your browser — no app download required. The AR layer can include animations, your personal digital identity card, or brand-specific content.
No app is needed. INRL uses web-based AR (powered by MindAR technology), which runs directly in any modern mobile browser. Just open your camera or scan the QR on your garment tag to launch the experience instantly.
Yes. Create an INRL account and visit your Profile page to customize your digital identity card. Changes are reflected live — anyone who scans your garment will see your updated identity layer.
Yes. The AR marker is screen-printed using durable, wash-resistant inks. We recommend following the care label instructions (cold wash, air dry) to maintain the marker's quality over time. The digital content is stored permanently in the cloud and is not affected by wear.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, email us at contact@inrl.com with your order number.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We'll arrange a return of the original item and ship your new size once we confirm stock availability. Exchanges are subject to availability at the time of the request.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The credit will appear on your original payment method. Processing time varies by your bank or card issuer.
We're sorry to hear that. Email us at contact@inrl.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately at no cost to you.
